WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
You can choose your own delivery date at the check out window when placing your order. New Zealand Couriers delivers your meat on Tuesday to Friday for residential and business addresses between 8am to 6pm according to New Zealand Couriers delivery schedule. (Auckland only).

All meat is cut fresh each day to your order to make sure you are getting the freshest quality meat possible.
Our cut-off time for the next day delivery is 12pm and orders cannot be cancelled or amended after 12pm.

Orders in before;
Monday 12pm - next day delivery
Tuesday 12pm - next day delivery
Wednesday 12pm - next day delivery
Thursday 12pm - next day delivery
Friday 12pm - delivered following Tuesday at the earliest
Saturday 12pm - delivered following Tuesday at the earliest
Sunday 12pm - delivered following Tuesday at the earliest

Unfortunately not. Because NZ Couriers takes 2 days to deliver to rural addresses, we regrettably do not offer delivery service to rural addresses due to food-safety reason.

A national courier network, NZ Couriers, is delivering your favourite gourmet cuts of meat from Meet!Meat, right to your doorstep. Meet!Meat uses a wool insulated recyclable box and food-grade gel-ice packs to keep your meat fresh and chilled. These thermal packaging can keep your meat chilled for up to 30 hours so you can be sure that you will be getting the meat in the best chilled condition.

All residential and business address orders will be delivered between 8 am - 6 pm. on your chosen date according to New Zealand Couriers delivery schedule.

Please include a delivery instruction if you have special requirement. (e.g a designated area for your Meet!Meat box to be left if you are not at home).

If your address is an apartment unit, please make sure to include a specific message either “Please leave at the lobby or please call the unit no. when arrived.”.

Unfortunately, some delivery instructions with delivery timeframe requirement such as “please deliver by 3pm.” is not accepted as New Zealand Couriers do not take such instructions.

All our deliveries carry a flat-fee of $10.00 (Auckland only). Orders over $150.00 are delivered Free.

We are working our way to deliver our fresh meat to other parts of New Zealand in the near future so please follow us on our Facebook page and Instagram to be updated.

Once we dispatch your order and picked up by “New Zealand Couriers”, you will receive an email from “New Zealand Couriers” with courier tracking information.
